I'm Carolyn Diggins — a Certified Community Herbalist, Mom, Master Gardener, and lifelong nature lover based in Bentonville, AR.

My Story
I grew up hiking, gardening, and sipping chamomile tea with my parents, but I didn't truly discover herbalism until a personal health journey in my early 30s brought me back to plants. I attended conferences, took workshops, and read everything I could find. I blended teas in my kitchen, made elixirs, tinctures, and infused broths — and slowly, my family and I started feeling better, naturally. Plant wisdom was working. My passion grew so much that I enrolled in Rosemary Gladstar's "The Science and Art of Herbalism" course, graduating in September 2024. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arkansas.

Full Moon Elixirs came about when I realized that here in the "Full Moon" of my life, I am ready to follow my passion and share herbal wisdom with my community. Northwest Arkansas — and the world — needs more herbalists to offer education, clarification, and reconnection with kitchen medicine and folk remedies. 🌿
